Who counts as an active contributor?
A person who, in the last 30 days, opened or pushed to a PR on a connected repo, or owns the reporting key an agent run came from. Bots and agents never count. Reviewers, testers and viewers are free.
How does the trial work?
Choose Team in Settings > Billing to try it free for 14 days, with no card. After that it moves to Free unless you add a card. Your data is never deleted.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT. PipeXP is sold by CMDZ Ltd, an Irish company. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged. Where VAT is due, it is added at checkout.
What happens if we go over the Free limits?
Free covers up to 3 active contributors, 1 repo and 14 days of history. Over them, the board stays readable and nothing is deleted, but changes and new agent runs pause until you move to Team.
Do agents or bots count?
Never. Agent runs, bot PRs and AI reviewers are free however many there are. Settings > Billing shows how many ran each month next to the people you pay for.
What if a payment fails?
You keep everything for 7 days while you update the card, and the bill's owners get an email and a Teams message. After that the board is read-only until it is paid. Nothing is ever deleted.
Which currencies can we pay in?
US dollars or euro. Your first subscription fixes the currency, and every invoice after uses it.
Can we cap what we pay?
Yes. Set a seat cap in Settings > Billing: new people past it wait for an owner's OK, and nothing stops working meanwhile.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Annual billing is one payment for the year, at a lower monthly rate.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on yearly plans: one invoice a year with your PO number and VAT number, paid by bank transfer within 30 days.
How do we cancel?
In Manage billing, any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the board moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
