Changelog

What is new in PipeXP. Newest first.

  • A person's page now opens on the days the Team tab was showing (yesterday, last 7 full days...) and says them in words. Their numbers match the Team tab, agent-made merges are named, the team middle says who it is the middle of, a day's usual is the same weekday in earlier weeks, and the day-by-day list is grouped by day and scrolls.
  • Every person has a page for any date range or one day: a one-line verdict, their numbers against their own usual, where they sit in the team on shipping, quality, review wait, review load and agent use, a coaching tip for each area to grow, and questions for a 1:1. Open it from a name on the Team tab or the Work log, or from a Standup person's sheet where their status shows. Managers see everyone; everyone else sees their own.
  • Board > Health > Building shows every agent that is working now, as the Agents view does: sessions with no ticket, and ones whose PR is already in review. A session with no step sits in Working, no stage. Each card's column follows its step, runs silent a day are listed as Silent 24h+, and when a search or filter hides cards the tab says how many, with a Clear filters button.

  • The Team tab adds Readiness and rhythm for the whole team: Readiness (room for more work), Load (a neutral 0 to 21 gauge with a suggested band, never a target), Rhythm (after-hours work, no days off, reviews waiting) and Team pace (like 1.2x the usual), each against the team's own last 60 days. Agent commits never count as people working late. Team counts only, no names.
  • The Team tab reads a busy project's newest closed PRs first, so a team's recent merges always count, and says the counts are too low when there are more PRs than one read holds.
  • Standup opens as one daily dashboard: a one-line verdict, the team's Flow, Headroom and Delivery rings, a Needs a decision list with one action per row (answer an agent, review, merge, open), and the current cycle's progress against time gone. People follow below.
  • One card per pull request: an agent run with an open PR now shows on that PR's card in the Pull requests band, as a strip with its agent, skill, step, time and Stop, instead of a second card in the agent lanes. When it ends, its outcome stays on the card for a day.
  • Standup's people are one table: done since yesterday, doing now (agent runs and Linear tickets in progress) and stuck, sorted by who needs a look first. A row opens that person's lists and status.
  • Standup shows work in flight: every agent run and open PR with its time on its step against its usual or target, furthest past it first, and how many PRs are ready to merge.
  • The board has a Pull requests band under the agent lanes: every open PR in the lane GitHub puts it in (Conflicts, CI failed, CI queued or running, Human comments, Bot comments only, Ready for review), with how long it has been there, chips for its other problems and a dot for each step of its journey.
  • A new Home tab shows the team's health at a glance: how many things need you, open signals and agreements slipping, then the top items waiting on you, the signals, the agreements off track and the key metrics for the last 7 days, each with a link to its page, and the pages you opened recently.
  • Insights > Agreements: pick working agreements from six templates (merge within N days, open PRs per person, link a ticket, first review within N hours, PR size, no direct pushes), preview each on your own data, and see each one's weekly trend against its goal and what is breaking it now, sorted into Pay attention and Doing well.
  • Insights > Key metrics opens with Signals: each night PipeXP compares every key metric's last whole week with its 6 weeks before and flags a move the wrong way as High, Moderate or Low, with the weekly bars and a link. Resolve one for everyone or snooze it for yourself; the same episode is never raised twice.
  • Insights > Agents and PRs opens with AI leverage: are agents paying off, in four parts (Uses agents, Gets to done, Light touch, Worth it), each Low, Typical or Strong against the period before, from held merges only. Switch to Yours to see your own card; only you can see it, and there is no ranking.
  • Team health: each dial opens its evidence, Quality shows what keeps coming back in review and agent PRs against the rest, stuck work sits right under the scores, and on a phone the scores are a row of small rings you tap.
  • Board > Agents keeps sessions that aren't the project's work (run outside any repo, or in a temp folder) out of the crew and its health score, in their own folded Not project work group.
  • Board > Agents: crew health no longer marks down agents that finished and are resting. "Not stalled" counts only a session meant to be busy (working, unverified or blocked) that has gone quiet for 2 hours.
  • Team health now compares with your usual level, the median of the last five weeks, not just last week, and each dial and person shows bars for each week.
  • The Team tab opens with Team health: Flow, Quality and Recovery as score rings from 0 to 100, green, amber or red, with what moved each one and one next step. Below it, each person gets Output, Reviewing and Response rings against their own last period, A to Z, never ranked. Scores wait for enough history rather than guess.
  • Board > Agents shows each person once: sessions reported by their GitHub login, their email, or an email they verified their login with sit under their name from Settings > Teams.
  • Board > Agents rows read cleanly: a session named only by a version or branch shows its ticket's title (or where it runs), a row with no task leads with its last step, and older repeats on one ticket fold into one row with a count.
  • Board > Agents opens with a crew health score, like a readiness ring: live reporting, unblocked and recently active, each a tap to show the sessions behind it. Workflows that ended blocked now count as needing attention, and sessions on an older plugin say how to bring them live.

  • Insights > Explore has its own (i) with every term defined, and a link to any Insights report can open its definitions drawer.
  • Standup: pick the day to reflect on, kept in the link. On a Monday or at the weekend it opens on the last working day, so Monday's standup shows Friday.
  • Needs me: pick an item to see it in full beside the list, with every action. The pick is in the link, and on a phone it opens on its own with Back to the list.
  • Settings > Projects > Members has a Viewer role: someone who sees the whole board, Insights and PRs but cannot change anything. Viewers are free and never take a seat. Owners are now called Admins.
  • Team goals: pick Reviews on time by size, where a small PR gets a shorter review window than a large one (4, 8 and 24 working hours by default, each one yours to set).
  • Time to first review and last approval find the first person even on a PR where bots left the first 50 reviews.
  • A machine whose plugin now reports to another project shows when it last reported here, not its old version and faults as if they were current.
  • Board > Agents opens with Needs you: how many agents are blocked, waiting on you or stalled, each a tap to show just those. Rows name the session, cards keep the full ticket title and the step track.
  • When an Enterprise quote is cancelled or expires, the bill's repos can move to another bill again straight away.
  • New to PipeXP? Count from GitHub on /pricing now walks you through connecting a repo, then brings you back to the calculator with your team's count.
  • Settings > XP: Resolved an incident has its own value weight, and waits out the hold days like the other value rules, so a deploy marked not a fix in that time never pays.
  • Insights > Agents and PRs shows human wait per merge: how long each merged PR waited on a person (its agent waiting for you, waiting for review, in review), the team medians, and the share of lead time spent waiting.
  • Board > Agents: one row per agent session, grouped by person, with its tickets in your lanes left to right and today's finished work at the end. Sessions quiet for a day fold away.
  • The /pricing calculator can count your team for you: press Count from GitHub, sign in, and it fills in your active contributors from the last 30 days.
  • PR size leaves out lockfiles and generated files (your excluded patterns in Settings > Board), so Cycle time's size chart and Code's batch size show the code people wrote. Past PRs are recounted in the background; until then they show GitHub's size.
  • Settings > What is measured lists every engineering metric and who sees it. Everyone with a verified GitHub login gets My numbers on their own page, and owners can switch a project to team-level only, which hides every per-person row, managers included.
  • When your Teams admin removes PipeXP, every project linked to your organisation shows Reconnect in Settings, and they all come back by themselves when it is added back.
  • The Machines tab hides machines with no report in 14 days, such as an old row left when a machine connected again. Show quiet machines brings them back, with how long since each last reported. Nothing is deleted.
  • Settings > Billing > Seats shows your seat changes from the last 30 days, each with the prorated amount Stripe charged or credited for it.
  • Insights > Key metrics on the Free plan shows Agent success and Tokens per ticket as "On Team" with the upgrade, rather than numbers that had stopped updating. The other cards are unchanged.
  • Settings > Machines says when a machine lost events before the board could take them, and how many.
  • Enterprise: stream the audit log to your SIEM. Point Settings > Security at an HTTPS endpoint and each new row arrives signed, retried if your endpoint is down, with failures shown in Settings.
  • Team surveys arrive as a private Teams message: pick 1 to 5 and add a comment right in the card, still anonymous. Slack and the web link to Needs me.
  • Upgrade from Settings > Connections when chat alerts aren't on your plan, and after Checkout the change you just tried goes through by itself.
  • A sidebar for the app: Board, Needs me, Standup, Insights, Machines and Team always in the same place, with your project, team, settings and account. It folds to icons (Cmd+B) and remembers. Phones keep the tabs across the top.
  • Ask for an Enterprise quote in Settings > Billing, and accept it there once it's priced: paid by invoice, net 30.
  • A run's drawer shows how much a person steered it: how many messages they sent, and how many came mid-turn. Only the counts leave the machine, never the words. Plugin sessions also link to their PR once one exists.
  • The Team tab and Insights > Agents and PRs follow the filter bar: a shared filtered link shows the same people, reviews, comments and agent PRs. AI impact, review quality and bot coverage follow the team picked too.
  • Settings > Comment sorting: managers rename the 11 review comment categories and rewrite what each means and its example. Names show everywhere; a new meaning or example sorts recent comments again, new comments first, never a hand sort.
  • The morning summary is now one message across all your projects, grouped by project, for projects that post to the same Teams or Slack.
  • Slack workspaces that block apps can paste a Slack incoming webhook in Settings > Connections: channel alerts go there, beside Teams if you use both.
  • A calmer board: empty Blocked columns, zero comment counts and empty review sections fold away, and a lane with a few runs fits its cards.
  • Self-serve invoices now show what agents did for free: agent runs this month and bot or agent PRs in the last 30 days, beside your PO number.
  • Insights > Key metrics, Work log and Capitalization follow the team picked in the header, and Work log takes the filter bar too. No Insights view shows the whole project with a team picked any more.
  • Every Insights report now has its own (i): Key metrics, Code, Cycle time, Review, DORA, CI, Work log, AI readiness and Capitalization explain each number beside it.
  • Install PipeXP in Codex from the home page: two commands to copy, and the first session asks you to approve that Mac. No key to paste.
  • The sub-processor list on /security and in the privacy notice now says WorkOS runs every sign-in, and that Google, GitHub and Microsoft sign-ins go through it.
  • Insights > Issues, Cycles and Initiatives follow the team picked in the header and the filter bar: a team's issues are its people's in Linear, or ones their PRs closed.
  • Slack: Approve and Assign to me right from your morning summary or a review message, done on GitHub as you, with your own link.
  • The GitHub sync keeps working for a repo that closes hundreds of PRs a month, including right after an update that re-reads them.
  • An agent's question can name who it waits on; after 4 working hours unanswered, its person shows Blocked on the Standup, with who and since when.
  • Team check-in leads with support, current focus and linked work, with complete 7-day or 28-day comparisons and clear gaps in the evidence.

  • Blocked and stalled alerts in Teams and Slack now carry Send note and Stop for the agent, and Re-run failed CI when the run's PR failed.
  • Teams and Slack: press Follow on a run or PR's thread and each later update in it also comes to you privately. Unfollow from any of those messages.
  • Teams and Slack: ask @PipeXP status with a ticket or PR number and get the run's card, then send the agent a note or stop it from there. Only the person running it or a project owner can, and each shows on the run's timeline.
  • Settings > SSO: set up single sign-on and SCIM through your identity provider, map directory groups to roles, and require SSO for your domains.
  • Team tab: managers check a random sample of Jev's confident bug calls, and Review caught a bug pays only when the comment's own thread was fixed.
  • Billing notices: trial ending, a failed payment, read-only and over the Free limit reach owners by email and in Teams.
  • Settings > Billing: an optional seat cap with owner approval, the next invoice, and a Teams notice before seats rise.
  • Settings > Connections warns an owner in red when alerts are being recorded as not sent because the project has no way to send them, with the fix.
  • Your page: your PRs, reviews, agent runs, a month of activity and who you review with. Managers open anyone's from the Team tab.
  • Onboarding adds several repos in one go and shows each one's open PRs and whose turn they are on the moment its first sync lands.
  • XP Shadow review: managers mark each ledger row right or wrong, and a Shadow report shows the exit checks and each rule's wrong rate.
  • The morning summary and Teams' reach count every member of the project, however many accounts PipeXP has, and every Teams project hears when the bot's secret is about to expire.
  • XP counts Shipped clean once per ticket using the board's own ticket for each PR: a hand link, the agent run's ticket, or a key in the title, branch or body.
  • Paste a Devin key in Settings > Connections and every Devin session shows as a run from the moment it starts, before its PR.
  • An issue delegated to an agent in Linear (Devin, Cursor, Codex) shows as a run on the board straight away, until its PR takes over. Owners pick which Linear teams a board shows.
  • An (i) beside Insights and Team explains every number, and an open run or PR drawer has its own link to share.
  • Needs me shows each item's ticket with its state in Jira or Linear, and opens it there in one click.
  • Shipped clean XP for a PR an agent opened while reporting to PipeXP goes to the person who started it, never to the bot.
  • The PR drawer shows its phases, the share of changed lines that are tests (with a warning when there are none), the changed files, team notes, and an Exclude from metrics switch. Test and excluded file patterns are in Settings > Board.
  • Sign up on your own: add your first repo from GitHub, connect it, set up your Mac and invite your team, with no one to let you in.
  • XP days, weeks, weekends and the 09:00 daily check follow the project's time zone, not Dublin's.
  • Invite teammates by email with a role from Settings > Projects > Members, see who is active, who is still invited and how each person signs in, and resend or remove in one click.
  • Managers get the standup as a private message at their first morning time: who needs attention, team totals, and a link to each person's evidence on the Standup tab.
  • Sign-in offers the method you used last first, supports passkeys, and Account > Sessions lets you sign out one device or every other one.
  • A new PipeXP logo: a lime pipe with the XP spark rising out of it, on every icon, tab, share card and app.
  • Share the standup to your Teams or Slack channel: owners only, off until turned on in Settings > Notifications, with a preview of the exact card first. Names and work counts only.
  • Insights > DORA follows the team picked in the header: deploys count through the team's pull requests they shipped.
  • Team tab: click a comment category or a person's count to see the comments or PRs behind it, re-file a comment there, and look back 90 or 180 days.
  • Insights > CI takes the PR filters and follows the team picked in the header, by the pull requests each run was for; runs without a pull request are counted apart while filtered.
  • XP: Review caught a bug credits the reviewer when their comment found a real bug or security issue that was then fixed. Recorded, not paid, until Jev's sorting is proven.
  • Sign in with Google, GitHub, Microsoft or an email code, on one page.
  • Product analytics (PostHog, EU): per-project counts of setup and agent runs, with no person or content; after you press Allow, which pages and features you use, with your user id, never your email. Never names, code or PR content.
  • Insights > Cycle time follows the team picked in the header: its people's PRs and PRs assigned to them.
  • Insights > Code follows the team picked in the header: its people's PRs and PRs assigned to them.
  • Team goals: pick up to 3 weekly targets in Settings > XP (main green, reviews on time, shipped clean) and the whole team fills one bar under the board header.
  • Teams and Slack: each run or PR gets one thread in your channel. Later alerts reply under it, and the first message shows its latest status.
  • Plans and billing: a 14-day Team trial with no card, Checkout with VAT and tax ids, invoices and the Stripe portal in Settings > Billing.
  • In Live, your morning summary adds one private line with last week's XP, and the board celebrates when you level up.
  • The Linear issue drawer lists up to the 500 most recent merged PRs linked to the issue across 90 days, and a team stays in the metrics for 90 days after its last card.
  • Settings > Connections > Slack has the same four-step setup checklist as Teams, ticking itself as you go, with a message to send your Slack admin if apps need approval.
  • Insights > Work log (managers): a dot per PR opened and merged, review, review comment and agent run, by day, per person, ticket or repo.
  • Approving from Teams no longer unlinks your GitHub when you relinked it while the press was on its way.
  • XP appeals and away: contest one of your XP rows within 14 days and a manager decides it in Needs me; days you mark away never cost a penalty.
  • Your own XP: a level in the header, a profile with where it came from, and +XP chips on your PRs, each with why. Only you and managers see it.
  • Settings > API: read-only project tokens for a PipeXP MCP server, so Claude, Codex or any MCP client can ask about runs, PRs, reviews and deploys.
  • Slack: alerts in a channel and the 08:30 Needs me summary as a direct message, alongside or instead of Teams.
  • Settings > Alerts: owners can post the weekly retro (top misses and shipped clean) to the team's Teams channel every Monday at 09:00.
  • With a team picked, the Team tab's rates, retro and comments are that team's, and Done keeps work assigned to them in Linear.
  • Waiting on me and Needs me show your queue only once you verify your GitHub login, so nobody sees someone else's work.
  • A live demo board at /demo: click around a sample team's runs, PRs and Insights with no sign-up.
  • Insights > Cycle time: each merged PR split into draft, in progress, in review and waiting to merge, with a 7-day median, a target line and PRs per day.
  • Download any Insights or Team table or chart as CSV, with the filters on screen applied.
  • Insights > Explore: pick runs, PRs, deploys or Linear issues, group them by week, skill, model, label and more, choose the columns and a chart, and save the report for your project. The link opens the same report.
  • Team tab: an agent scorecard. Each agent (tool, model and ship version) next to people on shipped clean, misses per 10 reviews, pushes after review, review wait, time to merge and cost per clean PR, over 30, 90 or 180 days. Every number opens its PRs.
  • Filters on Key metrics and Code: a date menu (last 7 to 90 days, this or last month, this quarter, custom) and rules on author, label, branch, ticket and title, kept in the link.
  • Undo after Send to test puts the PR back exactly: its reviewer and review request, any pass or fail label, and its place and timer in the lane.
  • The compare pages and competitor research now refresh themselves each month from ten rivals' changelogs and pricing.
  • Team tab: label a merged PR pipexp-rule:<miss> and see whether that miss dropped in the 4 weeks after, against the 4 before.
  • Code metrics: cycle time, review rate, time to first review, merge time, batch size and PRs in progress, with a trend each.
  • Key metrics: the team's headline numbers with targets, trend and change on one page.
  • Standup tab: per person, what merged since yesterday, what their agents did overnight, what waits on them, their agents' questions and what is blocked.
  • Clearer alerts in Teams: each card says who, what to do next and which project, with one button, and the morning summary names your top three items.
  • Standup tab: per person, what merged yesterday, what their agents did overnight, what waits on them, their agents' questions and what is blocked.
  • The board stays quick with hundreds of runs and PRs, syncs repos with over 1,000 open PRs, and the header says Live, Updated, stale or Reconnecting with the last update.
  • Link a merged PR to its ticket from the Merged & closed row or Insights, and the linked share updates at once.
  • A stalled agent whose session ended can be marked Finished from Needs me, and the GitHub banner links straight to where you accept the app's new permissions.
  • Machines tab: owners rename a machine, two machines with the same name show a short id each, and a machine that sends runs from another project appears with its name, system and last run.
  • Connect a machine: pick which of your projects it joins, and reconnecting it into another project retires its old key there.
  • Ask your team: a button on Insights charts opens a one-question pulse on that topic.
  • Insights > Investment shows 6 months of merged work from a project's first day, not only the last month.
  • Connected machines now send to api.pipexp.dev, and /setup shows that address; machines already connected keep working.
  • Settings > Machines: every machine's key with its owner, last use and expiry; keys expire in 90 days, can be limited to one project or to events only, and revoke in one click.
  • Effort: Average FTE is per working day, each commit counts for whoever wrote it, days are your project's own, and very big PRs are flagged.
  • Investment files very busy projects in full, reads Linear labels for any ticket, and never asks Jev twice about one PR.
  • Insights > AI readiness: which coding agents the repo is set up for (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), each config file linked with the last PR that changed it.
  • Team tab: what each review bot (CodeRabbit, Codex, Copilot) flagged before people did, what it misses most, and which comments just relayed a bot.
  • Insights > Capitalization (owners): capitalizable effort per person and month from label or project rules, with a CSV for finance.
  • Team tab: ship, other agents, hand-made and bot PRs side by side on cycle time, review wait, size, clean rate and rework, by model and ship version.
  • Surveys: managers send short anonymous 1-5 surveys from the Team tab; people answer on Needs me; results by topic with the change since last time.
  • Audit log in Settings > Security: who changed members, keys, machines, connections and settings, with a CSV download.
  • A security pack for your security team: architecture, data flow, encryption, access, incidents and backups, with pre-filled CAIQ Lite answers.
  • Trust centre on /security (where your data lives vs other tools, sub-processors, DPA, SOC 2 status) and a public status page.
  • Agent questions have their own link: it opens the question on its own, a tap on an option answers it, and the agent carries on within a second. Teams alerts and Needs me use it.
  • Settings > SSO: a company's second project joins its first project's SSO, verified domains and directory, so Require SSO works in both.
  • Settings > SSO keeps every group and person in large directories: search groups by name, show more as you scroll, and role changes reach thousands of people in the background.
  • Group the board's swimlanes by person, Linear project, skill or none, with each lane's open PRs against the limit. Saved views keep it.
  • A cloud agent's card keeps the person who first assigned it, and leaves the board if its PR vanished while GitHub was offline.
  • Teams setup in one guided card: a checklist that ticks itself, a message to copy for your Teams admin, and a Chat step in onboarding.
  • Linear issue metrics read every child, label and status change of big issues, and count work in progress however long ago it started.
  • Run and PR drawers open with status, whose turn, the next action, time in step and cost; long sections fold and stay folded; ?pr= links open a PR drawer.
  • Team tab review quality: see approvals given while CodeRabbit, Copilot or other bot findings were still open.
  • Linear issue metrics: scope creep counts from when a child was attached, WIP is sampled at the end of each local day, the type picker lists every label, and issues moved to another team drop out.
  • Needs me ranks what to do first: each item has one next action, why it is yours, and a review time target by PR size. Done, snooze until a time, or pass on, each with Undo.
  • Team tab: review quality per reviewer, covering what their reviews caught, rubber stamps (now size-aware) and approvals later reverted or hotfixed, each with the PRs behind it.
  • A machine keeps reporting to your other projects after its first project is archived or you leave it.
  • PR cards show each AI reviewer (CodeRabbit, Codex, Copilot...) with its findings open and resolved, the latest findings on hover, and an AI findings open filter.
  • New projects' owners get a day-2 and a day-7 email with the next setup step, each once, with one-click unsubscribe.
  • New projects start in their owner's time zone with reviewers and teams from the repo's CODEOWNERS, and with Linear connected only your workspace's team keys count as tickets.
  • Copilot, Devin, Cursor and other cloud agents' PRs show as runs on the board, by stage, next to local agents.
  • Send a running agent a note or ask it to stop from its drawer; it gets it the next time it asks the board, and the drawer shows who sent what.
  • Teams: group people, link each one's GitHub, Linear and emails, and pick a team in the header to see only their work.
  • Standup, managers only: a flag when someone worked late or at weekends on 3 of the last 7 days, days listed, on their own clock. On-call labels in Settings > Board leave on-call work out.
  • Verify with GitHub in Settings > Needs me: prove which GitHub login is yours, so XP is only ever credited to you.
  • A private message within two minutes when something needs you: a review asked, your agent's question, your run blocked, CI red or an approval on your PR.
  • PipeXP chases PRs that have waited too long: whoever's turn it is gets one private nudge a day, then the channel hears, in working hours. Cards show when it nudged.
  • Run cost at list prices: on each card next to tokens, per agent in the run drawer, and in the board totals. Owners can set their own prices per model.
  • Merge queues on the board: a PR in GitHub's merge queue, Mergify or Aviator shows the queue and its place, drops out of Needs me, and its wait is its own slice of where the time went. Dropped from a queue, it goes back to its author with the reason.
  • Insights: AI cost per merged PR, ticket and run with a weekly trend, and cost by model, skill, ticket and (managers only) person.
  • Settings > Comment sorting for managers: move Jev's Unsure line with a live count of what moves, and see how often Jev agrees with hand sorts and which categories it mixes up.
  • All projects in the project switcher: Needs me and the Pull requests section show every project you are in, each tagged with its project.
  • Pull requests: quick filters with counts (mine, bots, older than 3 days, no activity for 24h, unlinked), a stale chip on quiet PRs, and Merged and Closed by week.
  • Jira Cloud: connect Jira in Settings > Connections, and Jira tickets show on cards and drawers with their state, owner and a link, as Linear's do.
  • Each project sets its own Teams webhooks in Settings > Connections, so one company's alerts never reach another's channel.
  • See when Teams alerts stop arriving and why: a health line per destination with the fix, one email to owners when it breaks, and Retry for failed alerts.
  • Machines tab: Update available now follows each new PipeXP plugin release on its own, checked daily.
  • Machines tab: each machine's PipeXP plugin and agent versions, last event, queue and what to fix, with Update available. Machines quiet for 7 days are greyed out.
  • Managers per project: owners tick who sees the Team tab, and set a monthly cap on comment sorting.
  • Insights > Initiatives counts every issue in a project, however old, reads initiatives with over 50 projects, and keeps same-named projects apart.
  • Saved-view counts match the cards they show, including PRs shown from agent reports and verified merged PRs.
  • XP days, weeks, weekends and the 09:00 daily check follow the project's time zone, not Dublin's.
  • Upgrade from where you hit a limit: one click to Checkout and back to the same page, or a link for an owner.
  • Empty Board, Insights, Needs me and Team views say what will be there and the next setup step, from your project's real state.
  • Insights > Cycle time: PR size, with a size histogram, the p90 and size against cycle time.
  • Settings > Teams spots two records of one person (same email, Linear name matching their GitHub name, or same name) and merges them in one click.
  • Public pages paint sooner on phones: the code font no longer holds back the first paint.
  • Linear views load again for workspaces where Linear refused the sync as too complex: the board now asks for smaller pages.
  • Settings > Notifications: your summary's time, days, time zone and quiet hours, and which events the project posts to its Teams channel.
  • Agents that give no token counts, such as Cursor, say "Tokens not reported" instead of showing 0.
  • Insights > Review: time to first review, review time and the longest reviews, and for managers reviewer load and who reviews whose PRs. It follows the team picked in the header.
  • Compare pages: PipeXP against GitHub, CodeRabbit, Linear, Swarmia and Aviator, every claim sourced and dated.
  • Insights > Cycles: Linear cycles with planned, added, done and carried-over issues, a burn-up and each issue's PRs.
  • Insights > Initiatives: Linear initiatives and their projects with progress, issues, PRs and agent runs.
  • Steer an agent from its card: send a note it reads at its next step, or stop it with a reason. Only the person running it, or a project owner, can.
  • Insights > Focus: merged work by Linear project with PRs, FTE days, agent runs, tokens and people.
  • With a team picked, Insights > Agents and PRs counts that team's runs, PR time and ticket links, Linear-only members included.
  • Insights > Effort: FTE days per ticket and per person, with time off from a CSV.
  • Insights > Agents and PRs: agent PRs per week with merge rate, how much people changed after the agent, and a row per agent and model.
  • Insights > DORA: deploys per week, lead time, time to deploy, change failure rate and time to restore, from your production deploys.
  • Insights > Investment: what the team spends effort on each month (new work, improvements, productivity, KTLO), from rules, Jev or a person.
  • Insights > Issues: Linear cycle time, work in progress, flow, time in status and scope creep, with an issue drawer.
  • Cost totals on the board and Insights show a + when some runs, such as Cursor sessions, report no tokens, so a partial total never looks complete.
  • Saved views for you or the whole project, four built-in ones, and filters by person, stage, label, ticket, age and state.
  • Settings > Projects > Data: see how long history is kept, keep less on Business and Enterprise, and export everything as a zip.
  • Owners can delete a project in Settings > Projects by typing its name. It disappears at once and can be restored for 7 days, then all its data is deleted.
  • Settings > Connections > Linear > Show whose turn on each issue: the issue linked to each open PR gets one PipeXP link with whose turn it is, updated in place.
  • Settings > Connections > GitHub > Show whose turn on each PR: a PipeXP check on every open PR says whose turn it is and for how long, or what the agent is doing. It never blocks a merge.
  • On a phone, PipeXP opens on Needs me, the drawer's next action is one big button, and you can add it to your home screen.
  • Insights > CI: GitHub Actions by workflow and job, with failure rate, p50 and p90, flaky jobs and a run list by status and branch.
  • Card titles drop any tracker's leading ticket id (ENG-42, ORB-7) from any tracker, and XP counts a clean merge once per ticket for any team.
  • Settings > Review rules: your own reviewers, senior lanes, approval lanes, GitHub teams and names. Testers and labels start neutral for every new project.
  • Team tab: last week's top 3 review misses on ship PRs, each against its 28-day rate with two linked examples, and shipped clean by ship version and model.
  • Every PR is matched to its ticket by key in the title, branch or body, with an Unlinked filter, a Link button in the drawer and the linked share on Insights.
  • Each project sets its timezone in Settings > Board, so Today, Yesterday, 7d and 30d are whole days where the team works.
  • A repo can suggest its own lanes and stages in .pipexp/stages.json; owners add them in Settings > Pipeline.
  • Any repo works: runs land in their repo's project, the red bar names your default branch, and you pick how Shipped & live knows what's live.
  • Settings > Pipeline: each project sets its own lanes, stages and human gates; stages the board does not know show as Unmapped.
  • Why people comment: every human review comment sorted into 11 kinds of miss, with an Unsure pile for managers.
  • Settings > Billing shows who you pay for, why each person counts and when they stop, with a CSV export.
  • Settings > Billing lists every limit of your plan and how much of it you have used.
  • Runs from any coding agent (Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode and more), named on each card, with an Agents filter.

  • Several projects on one account, with a project switcher in the header.
  • PipeXP bot for Microsoft Teams: alerts and the 08:30 Needs me message.
  • Compact mode for each board section, remembered per section.
  • Team tab for managers: work not done through ship, clean merges and quick approvals.
  • The board updates the moment GitHub sends an event, not on a timer.
  • New PipeXP brand, one clean header, and filters saved in the link.
  • Assigned too early: PRs handed to a reviewer before they are ready go back to the author.
  • A small celebration when a queue is cleared.
  • Cards show why a run stopped, gates, reviews, live cost and loop limits.
  • Shipped & live: what merged since the last production deploy, with a changelog to copy.
  • Card buttons: nudge the reviewer, re-run failed CI, ping a stalled agent.
  • Answer an agent's question from the board.
  • Run drawer: ticket title, links and a timeline of every step.
  • Whose turn: every PR says who has to act next.
  • Approval red flags in the PR drawer.
  • Where time goes: agent, CI, human and changes on every PR.
  • Open PR limits per developer, shown on the board.
  • Testers: send a PR to the least busy tester, with pass and fail on the card.
  • Needs me tab and an 08:30 summary in Teams.
  • Merged and closed PRs show who created, approved and merged them.
  • Clearer sign-in messages for a wrong or expired code.
  • Dark mode by default, with a Light, Dark or System switch.
  • Main is red: a bar on every page while a required check on main fails.
  • Sign in with an emailed code if you have no Google account.
  • Board sections you can show, hide and resize.
  • Open boards pick up a new version on their own.
  • Open in GitHub from any PR card, and wider lanes.
  • Ready to assign: every green, unassigned PR, approved first.

  • Connect GitHub and Linear from the app.
  • Machines tab: see which Macs are set up to report.
  • The Kanban board of agent runs.
  • Agent runs report each step to PipeXP as they go.
